Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out the relevant laws, regulations, rules and quality management systems issued by the state and higher authorities, and strictly control and supervise the inspection and testing of the entire construction process and key links and parts in strict accordance with quality inspection and evaluation standards and acceptance specifications.

2. Responsible for the quality inspection of sub-divisions, sub-projects, concealed projects and technical review of sub-projects.

3. Organize the engineering quality three-pickup system, participate in the investigation of quality accidents and the control, analysis and treatment of unqualified products, and check and implement corrective and preventive measures and rectifications.

4. Strictly implement the process standards, strengthen the quality management during the construction process, promptly issue rectification orders for projects that affect the quality of the project, and supervise and inspect the rectification of the construction personnel.

5. Promote new quality requirements, new standards, and participate in quality education for employees. Quality visa for construction team task list.

6. Strictly follow the current quality inspection and evaluation standards for construction and decoration projects, conduct engineering and product evaluations, adhere to the principles, and exercise the right of quality veto.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering, civil engineering or civil engineering;

2. Familiar with construction standards, familiar with construction drawings, construction management and related requirements;

3. Practical work, rigorous style, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;

4. Ability to independently complete the quality supervision of the entire project and complete the tasks assigned by the leader.
