Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the immediate supervisor to collect the headquarter consolidated financial statements, operating financial status analysis table, production and operation status analysis table, account receivable and payable aging analysis table, cargo aging analysis table, capital income and expenditure summary analysis table, etc. Communicate the problem with the report provider or the immediate supervisor;

2. Assist the manager of the financial integration department to cooperate with the audit work of the listed company, collect the information listed in the audit list, submit it to the leader for review and confirmation after the preliminary review, and send it to the audit uniformly, follow up the unavailable information, and organize the archived data;

3. To assist the immediate supervisor and the R&D and production departments to jointly complete the application and review of high-tech enterprises and the collection and collation of R&D plus deduction application materials;

4. Responsible for the company to provide audited data and reports to the outside world, including but not limited to the financial report of the headquarters’ annual business inspection, the financial data of the special subsidy, and the submission of statistical reports;

5. Other things explained by the leader.

Job requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, graduated from financial management, accounting, auditing and other related majors. The qualifications for intermediate accounting and intermediate audit titles can be relaxed as appropriate;

2. Possessing more than 8 years of financial work experience, with financial work experience in industrial enterprises or engineering construction industry preferred;

3. Have comprehensive financial professional knowledge, proficient in accounting software and office software;

4. Familiar with national accounting standards and related financial, tax, audit regulations and policies;

5. Strong financial analysis ability; good written and oral presentation skills;

6. Identify the corporate culture, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, strong pressure resistance, and have good professional ethics and ethics.
