The project was won by the consortium led by Fujian Lanshen Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lanshen). Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area is an important part of Quanzhou City as a historical and cultural city and a national key scenic area announced by the State Council. The planned area is 65.11 square kilometers. At present, Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area is creating a civilized scenic tourist area. The supporting projects in all aspects of the scenic area are gradually improved, but the drainage facilities need to be improved.

It is understood that the implementation of the project is to control the sewage generated by the villages, scenic spots, public toilets, temples, and mountain-mounting units within the planning scope of the scenic spot, mainly including the sewage collection system and the sewage treatment system. The sewage collection system is the main sewage The laying of pipelines and household pipes has a diameter of DN150~DN300 and a total length of 66522 meters. The sewage treatment system includes sewage treatment stations and their supporting facilities. There are 76 sewage treatment stations, and the total amount of sewage treatment stations is 1390 tons per day. .

The project is qualified from the date of contract signing until December 31, 2020. The quality standards must comply with the tail water discharge of the sewage treatment station. They all implement the Grade A of the "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002) Emission Standards. After the project is completed and accepted, the drainage problem of the scenic area and residents will be effectively resolved, effectively alleviating the impact and damage of human factors on the water landscape resources, thus providing a strong guarantee for the scenic area to create a civilized scenic tourist area.
