2004

Mr. Lan Qiang established Fuzhou Lanshen.

2012

Our Company was established as a limited liability company by Mr. Lan Qiang and Mr. Lin Hongquan.

2015

Our Company was converted into a joint-stock company with limited liability.
Our Company was listed on the NEEQ in November.

2016

Our Company was accredited as “Science and Technology Enterprise in Fujian Province”by Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Department.
Our Company obtained the Construction Enterprise for grade III general contracting for public works construction, grade III professional construction for environmental engineering and Work Safety License issued by the Committee of Urban-Rural Development of Fuzhou.

2017

Our Company was accredited as “Leading Enterprise of Small Technology Giant in Fujian Province”and“High-tech Enterprise”by, among others, the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Department.

2018

Our Company was de-listed from the NEEQ in June.
Haisi Environmental acquired a total of 68.0% of the equity interest in our Company and became the Controlling Shareholder of the Group.
Our Company established an academician workstation in cooperation with Mr. Gao Congjie, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

2019

Our Company obtained the Construction Enterprise Qualification for grade III general contracting for public works construction, grade III professional contracting for mechanical and electrical installation for construction engineering and grade II professional contracting for environmental engineering and Work Safety License issued by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Quanzhou.
Our academician workstation was accredited as a provincial-level academician workstation.
Our Company acquired Quanzhou Xingyuan, Fujian Lvdi, Yongchun Lvdi and Yunxiao Sangde, and established Quanzhou Research Institute with Dr. Gao Xueli.
Our Company obtained the computer software copyright of our Lanshen Cloud Platform.
The headquarter of our Company was moved from Fuzhou to Quanzhou.

2020

We introduced Quanzhou Radio and Television Station and Lanshen Youshi as Pre-IPO Investors.
