Yongchun County Penghu Town Sewage Treatment Plant is located in Kongli Village, Penghu Town. It covers a total area of 27.52 acres and the long-term total construction scale is 20,000 tons/day. The service area of the project is the north area to the north of Jindouxi to the west of Hudongxi, the west area to the south of Jindouxi to the west of Taoxi and the east area to the east of Hudongxi and the east of Taoxi. The service population is about 50,000 in the near future, and the long-term planned service population is about 85,000. The project was completed in May 2015, and was officially put into use in September 2015. It implements the Grade B discharge standard of the "Emission Standard for Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002); the sewage discharge port is equipped with online monitoring instruments and monitoring data Networked with the Fujian Province Pollution Source Automatic Monitoring and Monitoring Platform for real-time monitoring of effluent water quality.

The service scope of the project covers Hongze Town, Kangmei and Xuefeng Economic Development Zone. The project was completed in October 2014 and was officially put into use in January 2016.
