We are now selecting applicants to participate in this project through open recruitment. Design invites bidding, welcome qualified potential bidders to actively participate. The specific matters are announced as follows:

Ⅰ. Project overview
1. Project name: EPC design for rural domestic sewage treatment facilities and supporting pipe network projects in Yunxiao County and Changshan Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone.
2. The location of the project: Yunxiao County involves four administrative villages, including the relevant villages under the township, Tuolin Village, Baizhu Village, Guanyang Village, and Pujing Village in Changshan Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone.
3. Project construction scale: ① Rural domestic sewage treatment facilities and supporting pipeline network project in Yunxiao County: focus on the implementation of rural domestic sewage treatment projects and rural domestic sewage collection projects. The construction of the rural domestic sewage treatment project involves 206 sewage treatment stations with a land area of ​​about 87144 square meters. In principle, the deep buried design and construction are adopted, and the multi-stage contact oxidation process is used to collect and treat domestic sewage in 2 villages; the rural domestic sewage collection project, Laying sewage pipe DN150-400. The total length is about 1098.1 kilometers. The project investment is estimated at 59,9517,000 yuan. ② Rural sewage collection and treatment project in Changshan Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone: construction of 10 sewage stations, 1 in each natural village, laying of 10 sewage pipelines, total sewage treatment scale of 375t/d, mainly involving 4 administrative villages including Changshan Development Zone , A sewage collection and treatment project with a total of 3850 people, the project investment is estimated to be 9,172,100 yuan. The total investment of the project is estimated at 60.9222.9 million yuan, of which the engineering cost is about 501.0874 million yuan.
4. Work content: including but not limited to the design of demolition engineering, road engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, sewage pipe network engineering, sewage treatment facilities (including lifting pump stations, small sewage treatment stations) and other auxiliary facilities. Ⅱ. Forecast name conditions
1. The bidder shall have independent legal personality.
2. The bidder shall have a valid comprehensive Grade A qualification for engineering design issued by the administrative department of housing and urban-rural construction or a qualification of Grade B or above for engineering design and municipal industry and Grade B or above for environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control engineering). Consortium bidding is not allowed for this project.
3. The bidder's proposed designing person in charge of this bidding project shall have the corresponding valid registered public equipment engineer (water supply and drainage) qualification or possess the professional title of senior engineer and above in water supply and drainage.

Ⅲ. the forecast material
1. The original letter of introduction of the bidder, the original copy of the business license, the original copy of the qualification certificate, the original title of the project leader or the original registration certificate of the registered public equipment engineer (water supply and drainage).

The announcement of this forecast name is published on our official website (www.chinalanshen.com) and on the announcement board on the 9th floor. Bidders need to register on site, and the bidders should bring their registration materials. The registration time is subject to the tenderer’s receipt of the bidder’s letter of introduction.
